Who I Am
At Renault Nissan, I built ASK with no mandate and no budget into the company's primary employee support system serving 10,000+ people daily. I built Ability into the first GenAI platform formally adopted in automotive manufacturing, starting with 6 designers across 3 countries before any leadership conversation happened.
My path has gone from founding team at a gifting startup, through hospitality SaaS in Southeast Asia, to enterprise AI at a global automotive group. Each stop gave me a different lens: consumer intuition, B2B go-to-market, and the art of building consequential software inside large organisations.
